Lewisham is one of the older Rotary clubs, having received its charter way back in 1926. It is also the "mother club" of two of its neighbours in District 1130, the Rotary Club of Catford and the Rotary Club of Forest Hill and Sydenham. Membership currently stands at 25 with a further 3 honorary members, as well as two "Friends of the Club".
